The second floor features a master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a private bathroom with a double sink, along with another bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin, a double room with two single beds and a washbasin, a room with two single beds and a washbasin, and a room with a 120×200 bed. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

A mezzanine level offers a play area for children or a rest area with a TV.
