The chalet has easy access, it is very centrally located just by the high street with its shops and boutiques, it is next to the Gornergrat base sation, and is also a short walk from the Sunnegga Express lift station.

The large south-facing windows give you a spectacular view over the village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The junior suite sized master bedroom has its own bathroom of course, with a WC, shower and jacuzzi bath; it also has a balcony. Bedroom 2 uses the shower / WC bathroom in the hall, while bedroom 3 has its own en-suite bathroom with WC, jacuzzi bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the living room, with an en-suite shower / WC. This is also where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located.

The Penthouse is set on the top floor with elevator access. There is a ski room on the ground floor of the building.
