Description
The luxuriously designed 180m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the beautifully renovated and protected art nouveau hotel, Alpine Inn from 1908 – a prime location in Davos! The historic building stands on the highest point of the promenade and therefore guarantees a spectacular and magnificent view of the Dischma Valley and Davos. In the furnishings, great importance was put on traditional alpine elements in combination with the most modern comfort – sunburnt old wooden panels, natural stone and a rustic oak parquet combined with high-end convenience dominate.
The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with fireplace and wine cabinet guarantee unforgettable hours in the Swiss Alps. There is a large wooden table for up to 10 people with a modern chandelier.
The kitchen has a large cooking island, with ice machine, oven and separate steamer, dishwasher, induction stove with separate Teppanyaki, Original Beefer for perfect steaks or a glassed two-zone wine cabinet for 30 wine bottles. The Bünderfleisch (dried meat) can be cut on the original Berkel-Tribute slicing machine – a masterpiece from the world-renowned manufactory Berkel.
What is more relaxing than chilling out in your own sauna with its illuminated starlit sky in the en-suite master bathroom after a demanding day of sports? The double lavabo carved from a large block of granite, the freestanding bathtub and the generous separate shower turn the master bathroom into an oasis of well-being.
The bow window in the master bedroom is also made of Swiss stone pine – the natural essential oils of Swiss stone pines have an extremely calming effect and thus ensure a deep and healthy sleep. The two additional, separate bedrooms are also equipped with a queen-bed and each has its own access to the large south-facing balcony – to top it off, both guest rooms are equipped with Marshall Bluetooth speakers. The guest bathroom is also equipped with a large shower and furnished with beautiful aged wood.
There is a 60m2 large and wind-protected south-facing balcony and the apartment also includes a ski room with private ski locker, including ski boot warmer, and additionally a locked room for your mountain bike. If you don’t have time to clean up or cook yourself, you can simply use the services of the hotel Alpine Inn (additional cost)!
