Description
This newly renovated chalet shines in the beautiful modern Alpine lifestyle and is located directly at the new Eichenhof gondola in St. Johann in Tirol and offers real ski in/ski out. Up to ten people can stay on spacious 285m2 of living space. The chalet has four bedrooms and a separate apartment on the upper floor. As a special highlight of the chalet, the terrace area with outdoor kitchen and heated lounge living room terrace as well as the chalet’s own wellness area with sauna and infrared await.
In the context of a complete renovation, the three-storey house was equipped with oak floors and old wooden interiors at the end of 2016. The refined outdoor lighting of the entire building provides a cosy atmosphere at night. Three large terraces with a total of 140m2 with a total of 140m2 come to the interior of the chalet.
On the ground floor, you enter directly the spacious dining room with a large oak wood table, which can accommodate up to ten guests. The state-of-the-art open kitchen also invites you to cook together. The cooking island is equipped with Bora stove and exhaust air system and further facilities include oven with all types of heating, microwave, large fridge with organic fresh, wine fridge, toaster, comfortable coffee maker and kettle. In addition to the dining table, the water-heated tiled stove with oven bench and sofa provides plenty of cosiness and pleasant warmth. Passing the cooking island you can reach the large living room with a comfortable feel-good couch, a large panoramic fireplace and 65 inch TV. Playstation 4 and Apple TV and a modern stereo system from Naim are provided. From there you have direct access to the heated lounge living room terrace for wonderful evenings under the Tyrolean night sky. The second of three terraces can be reached after the dining area, where one of the highlights of the chalet awaits guests: the outdoor kitchen made of solid natural stone with gas barbecue, charcoal grill and sink. A huge terrace table with a shell limestone and a modern free-arm umbrella completes the extravagant outdoor area.
One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a double bed, luxurious facilities and an attached bathroom with separate toilet. The three other bedrooms are housed on the upper floor, with the largest functioning as a master bedroom. In addition to a double bed and a dressing room, this includes a large round cuddle corner as well as direct access to the private bathroom with freestanding bathtub and panoramic views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The two other bedrooms also score points with private bathroom and balcony access and are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
In the basement of the chalet there is a separate apartment with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge, comfortable sofa area, small dining area and private bedroom with double bed. Right next door it goes to the spacious spa area of the house. Sauna, infrared old wood cabin as well as a large shower area with experienced shower, cosy large couch, television and drinking fountain ensure relaxed moments after eventful leisure activities.
Furthermore, guests can use a laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the house. There is enough space for skiing and hiking clothing in the drying room with helmet rack, seat bench and heated shoe dryer. The ski cellar is located directly at the exit to the garden and thus also to the slopes. Throughout the house, guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and pleasant underfloor heating.
