It’s only a three-minute drive to the Cime Bianche cable car, which directly connects to Cervinia-Zermatt. For those who cherish the true mountain experience, Chalet Seventy One offers a dream escape with its expansive spaces, cozy fireplace, panoramic terraces, hydromassage spa tub with chromotherapy, garage, ski room with boot warmers, garden, large windows, and breathtaking views of the majestic Valtournenche valley.

Built in 1971 and completely renovated in 2019, Chalet Seventy One is as unique as a snowflake. The renovation breathed new life into the structure, transforming it into a modern holiday retreat spread across four spacious and luxurious floors, each measuring 100 sqm. Accessed only by stairs, the first floor is dedicated to an open-plan living area featuring a large living room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, and access to a summer-equipped terrace with stunning valley views. The space also includes a generous dining area and an American-style kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, a microwave, two Nespresso machines, an oven, and a large two-door fridge with an ice maker.

The second and third floors offer private retreats for relaxation. The second floor features two double bedrooms with queen beds, each with an en suite bathroom, as well as two twin bedrooms with single beds that share a full bathroom. The third floor includes a double bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds, sharing a full bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor provides an independent apartment accommodating up to six people, offering complete privacy from the other floors. This space includes a second kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, and a large fridge. The spacious living room opens onto a terrace with a fantastic whirlpool spa tub with chromotherapy. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a queen bed, a children’s bedroom with two bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a large shower and bathtub.

The ground floor also houses a laundry room with a dryer, a large ski room, and a coat room with boot warmers, ensuring every convenience for a perfect mountain getaway.
