The top floor of the chalet boasts a spacious and inviting seating area, complete with a cozy fireplace for winding down each day with family or friends. A dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen ensure delightful meals together. The balcony’s seating area offers an ideal spot to unwind while marveling at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites. This floor also houses a convenient WC.

Moving to the first floor, you’ll discover four rooms, including three double bedrooms with generous beds (200×210 cm) and a third master bedroom. Each room features its own en-suite bathroom with a shower or bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, makeup mirror, towels, and soap dispenser. Additionally, all rooms provide direct access to the expansive balcony, a perfect retreat for relaxation.

On the ground floor, after a day of mountain exploration, indulge in the exclusive private wellness area. This retreat includes a swimming pool with an integrated whirlpool, sauna, and a relaxation room, all while offering enchanting views of the Val Gardena mountains. The ample terrace provides space for sunbathing and unwinding.
