The Chalet –
Blending tradition with modernity, the chalet offers breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc and Mont Joly, benefiting from exceptional sunlight. Conveniently situated at the foot of the slopes and shuttle stops, it’s just a 15-minute journey from the village center.

Covering an expansive 525 m2 over 4 floors, the chalet features 9 bedrooms/suites. These include a bedroom with accessibility for persons with reduced mobility, boasting a double private bathroom and toilet, alongside 4 double or twin bedrooms with en-suite showers and toilets overlooking Mont-Blanc. Additionally, there are 2 junior suites with living areas, double or twin sleeping areas, en-suite showers, toilets, double sinks, and private terraces. Two dormitories on the top floor, one with 4 beds and the other with 6 beds, share a bathroom with a double sink and toilet.

The chalet also offers the possibility of adding 2 additional bedrooms/suites, along with an independent apartment with a connecting door.

Within its living spaces, the chalet features a fully equipped kitchen boasting 2 ovens, 2 stovetops, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, and 1 wine cellar. There’s also a dining room with a breakfast area equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, complemented by a cozy bar area and fireplace lounge. Additionally, there’s a workspace with 4 stations and a printer, providing stunning views of Mont Joly, along with a library opening onto a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset. A ski room with boot warmers is also available.

The Apartment-
The apartment enjoys breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc, benefiting from exceptional sunlight. It’s conveniently situated on flat terrain near the Bettex center, with easy access to the slopes and ski bus stops. Spanning a single floor with a surface area of 68 m2, it encompasses two bedrooms/suites: one with a double or twin bed, and the other with two bunk beds. Additionally, there’s a double sofa bed in the living room. The possibility of adding nine additional bedrooms/suites is also available, alongside an independent chalet with a connecting door to the apartment. Living spaces include a lounge and dining area with a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine and dryer, along with a shoe warmer. Outside, a private terrace offers captivating views of Mont-Blanc and Fizz, complemented by private parking featuring an electric charging point. The apartment is furnished with everything necessary for an unforgettable stay, including linens, children’s games, books, baby cots, a smart TV, Blu-ray player, and a safe.
