The top floor hosts the open living area and separate kitchen, offering spectacular mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a large balcony. With double-height ceilings, a cozy corner fireplace, and classic wooden beams, the space exudes a warm, Savoyard ambiance. On one side, a comfortable lounge provides a relaxing spot to unwind, while the opposite side has a spacious dining table for group meals and an additional table with banquette seating, perfect for casual breakfasts or kids’ dinners.

From the main living area, a balcony extends to showcase stunning views of the surrounding peaks and the famous Bellevarde slope. Just above the lounge area is a cozy mezzanine-level TV snug—a perfect retreat for younger guests to relax or play.

On the lower ground floor, a generously sized swimming pool and hammam await, offering a relaxing escape after a day on the slopes. The pool is large enough for leisurely laps or a fun family splash.
