Set in a pristine alpine environment, Chalet Orcia is an expansive 900-square-meter retreat, elegantly designed to harmonize traditional alpine charm with contemporary style while offering high-end amenities. With five spacious double bedrooms and a dormitory, the chalet comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests, making it an ideal destination for large groups or families.

Guests can enjoy numerous on-site facilities for a quintessential alpine getaway, including a relaxation area with a heated swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and indoor jacuzzi. A dedicated massage room provides a tranquil space for relaxation, while a gym equipped with modern fitness equipment offers the opportunity for invigorating workouts. On the first floor, tucked beneath the roof, is a cozy bedroom featuring a 160×200 bed, a TV, a private shower room, and a WC. This level also has a children’s play area, complete with games and a library.

The ground floor welcomes guests with a spacious entrance hall and a cloakroom with a washbasin. Here, the wine cellar, a lounge with a fireplace, a secondary lounge with a TV, and an office-library offer ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan dining room features a bar area and access to the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen with a central island and an adjoining butler’s pantry make dining and hosting effortless.

On the garden level, the master bedroom boasts a 200×200 bed, a TV, dual dressing rooms, an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, and private WC, as well as direct access to the terrace and garden. Another double bedroom features a 180×200 bed, a TV, an en-suite shower room with WC, and garden access. A third double room, also with an 180×200 bed, includes a TV, an en-suite shower room, and a WC. The dormitory, perfect for younger guests, includes two bunk beds with an additional pull-out bed, an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. A final double room on this level, with a 180×200 bed, TV, dressing room, bathroom, and private WC, completes the sleeping arrangements. This floor also features a cinema room with a bar area, enhancing the entertainment options.

The lower level houses a large garage with space for up to six cars, a ski room, a laundry room, and a cold storage room. A service apartment is also on this level, furnished with a single bed (140×190) and a sofa bed. The relaxation area on this floor is extensive, featuring a swimming pool, cold plunge tank, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, shower, separate WC, and a dedicated herbal tea room. Guests can also enjoy the massage and hairdressing room and a fully equipped fitness room with a variety of exercise machines, including a bike, rowing machine, elliptical, and treadmill.
