Chalet Lycka

A brand new chalet to the market in 2022, Chalet Lycka is the finest large scale chalet in the high alpine, snow sure resort of Saas-Fee, Switzerland. Otherwise known as ‘The Pearl of the Alps’, Saas-Fee offers skiing all year and is one of the most resilient ski resorts in the world.

With an extra large sun terrace that opens out from the living room area, cinema, gym, nordic hot tub, sauna, steam room and private office, this chalet has all of the amenities needed for a luxury alpine holiday.

The property can sleep 12 people (but can also be rented with the annex taking the total guest number up to 17).

Lower Ground Floor & Ground Floor
The lower ground to the chalet boasts this incredible cinema room, fully equipped gym, spa area and access to the outdoor nordic hot tub. The ground floor has incredible seating in front of the log burning fire; a large dining room, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to this, there is a pool table and bar area.

First Floor
The first floor offers two large bedrooms with dressers and ensuite bathrooms. Both rooms offer a king size bed that can be dressed as austrian twins or as one king size bed. Above these beds, there is an additional bunk.

Second Floor
The second floor of Chalet Lycka has two suite style rooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

The Penthouse Suite
The entire top floor of Chalet Lycka is taken up by the spectacular master suite. This room is huge boasting a private sitting/dining area with an open place fire and 4k TV. There is a walk in his and hers wardrobe as well as completely separate bathrooms, with a steam room. Furthermore, there is a beautiful private office with custom built desk that can also be used as a baby bedroom if needed.
