Chalet Le Yack, fully renovated in 2020, offers six luxury bedrooms, a dormitory mezzanine, and five bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 people. The chalet provides premium services and spans 200 square meters. Located in Megeve, it offers stunning panoramic views of Princesse, Mont d’Arbois, and Rochebrune. Its flat, easily accessible location is just a five-minute drive from the Princess lifts and the village center, situated 1.4 km from the pedestrian heart of town.

The chalet is spread across three levels plus an attic dormitory for children. The living room, with its expansive panoramic mountain views, includes a fireplace and underfloor heating, which extends across the three main levels.

The master suite features a queen-sized bed (160 cm), a double dressing room, a TV, mountain views, and a spacious bathroom with an island bath, a double sink, a shower, and a toilet. Another suite also has a queen-sized bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a double sink, a shower, and a separate toilet, offering beautiful views of the mountains. A third suite comes with a queen-sized bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a single sink, a shower, and a toilet. It also provides access to the outdoor terrace with mountain views. There is an additional suite with a queen-sized bed, a dressing room, a TV, a shower, and a single basin. Another suite offers a queen bed (160 cm), a double dressing room, a TV, and mountain views. A further bedroom contains two single beds and a TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet. The mezzanine features a charming dormitory area with three single beds, ideal for teenagers, and includes a toilet, although this area is not suitable for adults.

The spacious living room, along with the kitchen and dining areas, provides breathtaking panoramic views of Princesse, Rochebrune, and Mont d’Arbois. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. It also includes a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a citrus press, a toaster, a large raclette set for 12 people, a pressure cooker, and a cast iron sauté pan. The dining area features a large wooden table that seats up to 12 guests, while the lounge area is furnished with a spacious sofa and a cozy space surrounding a secure fireplace, offering panoramic views of the kitchen, dining table, and living room.

For convenience, the chalet includes a large ski room with three benches, a coat dressing area, and space for accessories. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron. Outside, a beautiful wooden terrace is furnished with garden chairs and overlooks a large 1,000 square meter garden. In the summer months, guests can enjoy a barbecue in this relaxing outdoor space. The chalet provides parking for multiple vehicles and is equipped with baby accessories, including a travel crib with a cozy mattress, a high chair, a potty, and baby dishes.
