In addition to its numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, it features a capacious living room and a dining area separated by a grand fireplace. The chalet also affords breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from the master suite, an unobstructed terrace, a basement sauna, and an outdoor patio with a jacuzzi — everything needed to unwind following an active day in the mountains.

The villa’s layout ensures optimal privacy, spanning four levels, with 7 double bedrooms, each accompanied by its own bathroom, accommodating up to 16 guests—an exceptionally rare find in the Chamonix valley. Upon entering the chalet, you’ll step directly into the relaxation zone, passing by the outdoor jacuzzi area before reaching the ground floor entrance. This level also includes a guest restroom and a staircase leading both above to the two floors of bedrooms and below to the sauna and ski storage room.

Ascending the stairs, you’ll reach the 2nd and 3rd floors, where 7 double bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, are situated. Additionally, there’s a cinema area that can double as an extra bedroom. Most rooms can be configured as single or double beds.

The lower floor houses storage space for skis, boots, and other mountain equipment, with convenient access to the sauna for rejuvenation after a day in the mountains. On the ground floor, you can further relax in the outdoor jacuzzi.

Please note that two of the bedrooms on the top floor of the chalet have a mezzanine with an extra bed in each, these have restricted room and a steep ladder for access.
