Chalet La Source in Arc 1800 is an exceptional luxury chalet, fully renovated in 2020. This authentic 370 m² sheepfold, blending modern comfort with traditional alpine charm, accommodates up to 19 guests.

Located just 200 meters from the Chantemouche shuttle stop, which connects to the Arc 1600 funicular reaching Bourg St Maurice in 10 minutes, and only 400 meters from the nearest ski lift, the chalet offers both convenience and accessibility. It features six private outdoor parking spaces. Nestled on the edge of a forest, it boasts breathtaking views of the Vanoise Massif and the Beaufortain mountains. The center of the resort, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, is a 12-minute walk away. Situated in the charming and peaceful Chamort hamlet, consisting of only four traditional chalets, it offers an atmosphere of authenticity and serenity.

The chalet spans 370 m² across three levels. The second level features an open-plan living space of 88 m² with full underfloor heating. A wood stove and two lounge areas, along with a large television, create a cozy atmosphere. The dining area includes a large table seating 16 people, surrounded by bay windows offering a 180-degree panoramic view of the mountains, forest, and valley. A 20 m² south-facing terrace, with no direct neighbors, provides an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning scenery and vibrant sunsets. The 20 m² SMEG-equipped kitchen includes a semi-professional dishwasher, a combined microwave and traditional oven, an American-style double-door refrigerator, and an electric wine cellar.

The first level serves as the chalet’s main entrance and includes a spacious 18 m² ski room with underfloor heating, ample storage, boot dryers, and ski racks. A vestibule offers additional storage for coats and boots. The first master suite, measuring 33 m², features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and generous storage. Its en-suite bathroom includes an island bathtub, an Italian shower, double basins, and a separate toilet. The second master suite, 23 m² in size, also offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and storage space. Its en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, an Italian shower, double basins, and a separate toilet. A third bedroom, measuring 13 m², contains two single beds and storage, with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower and a single basin. A separate toilet and washbasin are also available on this level.

On the ground floor, the fourth bedroom, measuring 22 m², has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and storage, along with an en-suite bathroom that features an Italian shower, a single basin, and a separate toilet. The fifth bedroom, 17 m² in size, also includes a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and storage, with an en-suite bathroom that has an Italian shower, a single basin, and a toilet. The sixth bedroom is a 25 m² dormitory with five single bunk beds, storage, and a flat-screen TV. Its en-suite bathroom includes two independent shower cubicles, three basins, and a separate toilet. The seventh bedroom, measuring 14 m², is another dormitory with four single bunk beds and storage. An additional separate toilet and washbasin are located on this level.

A 19 m² vestibule provides additional storage. The 70 m² game room includes a comfortable lounge area with sofas, an 85-inch television, a DVD player, video games, a darts stand, an arcade game terminal, and a foosball table. A kitchenette is also available within the space. A traditional eight-person sauna offers the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The chalet also features a 93 m² outdoor green terrace with garden furniture. Firewood is included for guests’ use. Baby equipment is available on request, and sledges are provided for children. A private concierge service is available, offering a list of included and optional services upon request. Through an exclusive partnership with the ESF, the “La Navette Mini-Skiers” service provides a free shuttle that transports children aged three to five to and from the chalet for ski lessons.
