The chalet with its south-facing terrace is located in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps in Kirchberg in Tyrol. You stay on the mountain high above the town, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser and the relaxing peace of nature. Idyllic and wildly romantic – the location alone is an absolute highlight.

The heart of the chalet is the open kitchen with a large dining area where guests and friends can sit. The typical tiled stove with a bench creates the necessary coziness, the ideal place for a hot chocolate after an exciting day in the snow.

On the upper floor of the house is the comfortably furnished living room, a place for cozy evenings by the open fireplace. In addition, the living room has a quiet relaxation corner – ideal for dedicating yourself to your holiday reading in peace.

On the ground floor of the house there are two bedrooms, a children’s room, a large bathroom for the bedrooms on the ground floor, and a separate guest toilet.

In addition to the living room, there are two master bedrooms on the 1st floor of the house.
Both master bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower – the comfortable free-standing bathtub is in the bedroom.

In the basement of the chalet there is a separate apartment with its own entrance.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as its own kitchen and a cozy living area with a fireplace.

You can find relaxation after an eventful day outdoors or an extended day of skiing on the slopes and let yourself be pampered in your private spa and wellness area.
The private spa area is equipped with a whirlpool for up to 4 people and a comfortable sunbathing lawn. Do something good for yourself and your body and first feel the warmth of the Finnish sauna and then breathe in the clear, fresh mountain air.

Chalet Katharina can be reached by car all year round.

Ski-in ski-out – no problem:
Chalet Katharina is located directly on the snow-covered Pengelstein valley run.
The piste runs just a few meters past the chalet – the access and descent to the piste is prepared daily – so ski-in and ski-out are possible without any problems in winter.
