Description
The detached, fantastically beautiful Chalet Kampen, built in 2008, is located directly on a ski slope in Kitzbühel (SKI-IN/OUT). The optimal location with a fantastic panoramic view and the exclusive, modern facilities make the luxury ski chalet the perfect retreat for your winter or summer vacation.
With a total of four bedrooms, the chalet can accommodate up to eight people. The master suite and four-poster suite each have their own en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath. The guests of the Wilder Kaiser room and the children’s room with bunk bed share the third bathroom with shower.
In addition to the spacious living room with fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen, the house has its own wellness area. After a sporty day on the slopes, you can relax in the steam bath with optional brine steam or in the sauna. The shower with rain shower, cold hose, side jets and waterfall shower, the large lying area with space for four people, a refrigerator and the gas fireplace complete the equipment and guarantee relaxing hours. Another bathroom with shower and toilet is available to guests in the wellness area.
Outside you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the fresh mountain air and the beautiful panorama.
The sustainably built house is heated with geothermal energy. In addition to underfloor heating in all rooms, the chalet has wall heaters in the living room and in all bathrooms, which radiate a pleasant, cozy warmth.
Technically, the equipment of the house meets the highest standards. The chalet is fully networked and all shutters, lights and music can be controlled via a touch panel in the living room or via an iPhone. In addition to the retractable HD flat screen in the living room, three of the bedrooms and the wellness area are also equipped with a flat screen TV with over 600 satellite programs. A DVD player is available in the living room and in each of the three bedrooms. There is WiFi internet throughout the house and a REVOX music system with internet radio, music server and CD player in all rooms. Of course you can also play music on your own iPhone.
In addition to three parking spaces in the carport, there are five more parking spaces for cars.
The house also has its own forest, from which the wood for the fireplace comes. At Christmas you can traditionally and romantically cut down your own Christmas tree with your children.
