Description
Himalaya is a breathtaking new ski-in/ski-out chalet in Meribel, available for rent starting from the 2021 winter season. Spanning four floors and a spacious 720 square meters, it boasts seven en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate 12-18 guests. Situated on the prestigious “Routes des Chalets,” the chalet is just a 300-meter walk from the nearest restaurants, bars, a small supermarket, ski rental shops, and the resort bus stop at Meribel 1600 (Morel).
The chalet’s spectacular living spaces will leave you in awe, with large picture windows offering stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. The grand dining room with an adjoining kitchen is nestled between two living rooms. On one side, the grand sitting room features double-height ceilings, a central fireplace, and ample seating. On the other, the cozy TV room includes a library and a wine cellar.
The accommodation is spread across the floors, comprising four master suites, two double bedrooms, and a children’s dormitory that sleeps 4-6. Outside, expansive terraces and balconies provide perfect spots for al fresco dining during the warmer spring months.
The chalet’s extensive spa, wellness, and entertainment facilities include a 7m x 3m indoor swimming pool with bay windows overlooking the garden, and poolside loungers for relaxing afternoons. After skiing, guests can enjoy the warmth of the sauna or unwind in the steam of the hammam. The outdoor hot tub is sunken into the terrace, offering wonderful views of the ski slopes. Additionally, guests can watch movies in the cinema room or work out in the fitness room.
With its ski-in/ski-out location, guests can leave the chalet from the garden and pass in front of neighboring chalets to join the Doron piste, skiing directly down to the main lift hub and ski school meeting points at the Chaudanne in Meribel Centre. At the end of the day, return to the chalet via the garden or a 50-meter path that leads to the front door.
