Leading from there is the cellar, featuring a dedicated space for raclette and fondue, equipped with a sizable dining table catering to 10-12 people and a seating area that can convert into 4 additional beds if necessary. The open kitchen and fireplace beckon guests to dine and unwind together.
The cellar level also comprises a bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower-equipped bathroom, a separate toilet, a practical laundry room, and an open reading/lounge area, offering a retreat for relaxation.
The expansive living room, graced with breathtaking vistas of the valley and the encircling mountains, occupies the second floor. A welcoming open fireplace sets the mood for après-ski moments with loved ones. Adjacent is a fully equipped open kitchen, featuring amenities like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Thermomix. The adjoining cozy Arvenstube is perfect for morning gatherings as you soak in the sunrise before hitting the snow, or for board games post an exhilarating day on the slopes.
On this level, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a bathtub-equipped bathroom are available.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire residence, along with one garage and two parking spaces conveniently situated in front of the chalet.
A highlight is the 100m2 terrace accessible from the kitchen, offering stunning vistas and afternoon sun, leading to the sauna and jacuzzi rooms.
