Haus Gamskar is a chalet-style apartment that combines excellent ski access with the tranquility of a private residential setting. Accommodating up to 9 guests across four double/twin bedrooms, it’s the perfect choice for groups of friends, families, or couples seeking a cozy alpine escape.

The main living area is a bright, spacious, and welcoming space designed for relaxation and connection. With a selection of plush leather sofas arranged for conversation, it’s an ideal spot to unwind and recap the day’s adventures on the slopes. Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area features a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests, allowing everyone to share meals together. A separate, fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located next to the living area.

The property’s four traditionally styled Austrian bedrooms, all on one floor, can accommodate up to 9 guests. Each room boasts en-suite facilities for added privacy and comfort. Two of the bedrooms feature private balconies with breathtaking mountain views, while the other two have large windows that let in plenty of natural light. One bedroom can be configured as a triple, making it a flexible option for larger groups.

For added convenience, Haus Gamskar includes a ski room with boot warmers and on-site parking. Guests also enjoy complimentary use of a ski-depot at the Nassereinbahn gondola, allowing for an effortless stroll to the slopes without the burden of carrying ski equipment.

For larger groups, Haus Gamskar can be booked alongside its nearly identical sister property, Haus Hockhar. Together, these accommodations can host up to 20 guests and are situated within the same building.
