Chalet Freya, an exquisite and brand-new alpine retreat, boasts approximately 400 square meters of luxurious living space, complemented by 70 square meters of terraces and balconies. Nestled within a private enclave in the upper reaches of the Chamonix valley, specifically in Argentière, this chalet enjoys an unparalleled setting and orientation.

The chalet’s unique location is highlighted by its expansive 2570-square-meter garden, creating a serene and tranquil ambiance. Facing south, it offers an uninterrupted vista of the majestic Mont-Blanc massif. Adjacent to the forest, Chalet Freya provides immediate access to hiking trails right from its doorstep. The renowned Grands-Montets ski resort, known for its exceptional skiing, is a mere 10-minute stroll away, while the charming old village of Argentière is just a short distance further. Additionally, within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find a beginner’s ski area, the Argentière cross-country ski loop, and one of the finest bakeries in the Chamonix valley.

The chalet’s interior layout has been meticulously designed to ensure optimum privacy. Spanning three levels, Chalet Freya features four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its own ensuite bathroom, accommodating a total of up to 10 guests. The interior is adorned with refined and timeless materials, exuding a modern yet cozy ambiance that promises exceptional comfort.

Stepping inside on the ground floor, your gaze is immediately drawn to the spa area, visible through a grand bay window from the entrance vestibule. This spa area boasts a remarkable 10-meter-long swimming pool with a counter-current system, an all-glass sauna complete with a shower, and exquisite lighting design—a space that beckons you to unwind.

On this level, you’ll find three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room and desk. All the bedrooms offer terrace access through their bay windows, providing stunning garden views. The ground floor also houses a sizable laundry room, a fully equipped ski room, and a secure garage accommodating one car. Additionally, just outside the entrance, ample space is available to park two or three more vehicles.

A contemporary and gracefully designed staircase leads to the living areas on the first floor. The main living room is spacious (77 square meters) and flooded with natural light, featuring an expansive dining room suitable for accommodating 12 guests comfortably. Floor-to-ceiling bay windows open onto a magnificent 60-square-meter terrace with breathtaking mountain vistas. Flowing seamlessly from the dining area, you’ll find a double living room with a modern fireplace and a reading nook, all offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Completing this floor is a fully open Italian kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, a TV/Cinema room, and a guest restroom.

Ascending to the second floor, you’ll discover the master bedroom, comprising a generous double bedroom, a bathroom with double sinks, an ample dressing room, an office space, and a twin bedroom with two beds and an additional dressing room, ideal for use as a master family suite.
