Situated in the charming old village of Argentière, Big Bear enjoys a prime location with a South-West orientation and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Mont Blanc Mountain range, as well as the les Grands Montets ski resort and glacier.

Adjacent to Marmotte Mountain Big Bear are its sister chalets, Zenith (1) and Zenith (2), offering the option to rent them together for groups of 35-40 guests.

The chalet offers a wealth of amenities, including a modern interior finish, a spacious open-plan living area with expansive windows, 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms accommodating 11 guests, entertainment features like a large flat-screen TV with Blue-Ray, Apple TV, and satellite channels, a dedicated kids’ playroom with gaming consoles, a piano, a wine cellar, WiFi connectivity, a Sonos Sound system, laundry facilities, an indoor sauna, an outdoor scenic Jacuzzi, a generous outdoor terrace on the basement and ground levels, private parking, a boot warmer, and the added allure of its tranquil private location.

The ground floor boasts an entrance hall equipped with boot and ski storage, three en-suite bedrooms, and an additional bedroom with a double bed and bunk-bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. A sauna, shower room, and a separate guest toilet are provided, along with a spacious panoramic deck featuring a sunken Jacuzzi.
On the first floor, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen, complete with a pantry that has its own separate service entrance. The main dining area and the main living area, graced by a cozy fireplace, create a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, there’s a dedicated TV room. The ceiling-to-floor windows on this level provide sweeping panoramic vistas of les Grand Montets and the majestic Mont-Blanc.
Ascending to the second floor, you’ll discover the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a spacious walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony.
