Spanning 200 square meters over two floors, the apartment includes four en-suite double bedrooms, an exceptionally spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and additional thoughtful spaces such as a utility room with a washer, dryer, and iron, a separate toilet with a bidet, a small library area, and a cozy reading nook. The large balconies are beautifully furnished, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. For added comfort, the property offers a carport with three parking spaces, an en-suite gym and ski room, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Designed for hosting and entertaining, the space is fully equipped, with an ultra-modern fireplace bringing everyone together in warmth and style.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, including all balconies and terraces, ensuring complete privacy. The only exception is the host’s private apartment on the first floor, which has a separate entrance.

David, the host since 2024, lives on the lower floor and is always available to assist. Guests staying between May and October will receive the Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card, providing free or discounted access to a range of attractions. In winter, if snow conditions allow, skiers can glide right up to the front door via the Ebenberg piste. During the warmer months, the property sits at the gateway to an extensive network of hiking and cycling trails, making it an ideal destination year-round.
