Spanning two levels, this exquisite abode captivates even the most discerning of visitors. The interiors are adorned with sumptuous woods, soft lighting, and soothing neutral hues, meticulously curated to evoke a sense of tranquility and luxury.

Externally, the building retains the charming architectural style characteristic of Lech, while internally exuding a sleek yet welcoming ambiance. Upon entering the ground floor reception area, guests are swiftly transported via lift to the main sleeping quarters on the first floor, which also boasts several wellness amenities. Upon disembarking, one is greeted by a spacious area featuring ample storage for outdoor gear. A corridor branches off from here, leading to three bedrooms, with additional accommodations positioned at both ends.

Each bedroom boasts its own en-suite facilities, featuring either baths or showers, and all capitalize on the breathtaking mountain vistas with access to terraces. Of the bedrooms, four are appointed as doubles, while one is configured as a twin.

Adjacent to the bedrooms lies the wellness sanctuary, housing a sauna, a relaxation zone furnished with loungers, and a compact gym. Outside, the terrace beckons with its indulgent outdoor/indoor hot tub, accommodating up to two guests—a perfect remedy for weary skiers. Upon ascending from the central stairwell, you step into the expansive open-plan kitchen and bar area (accessible also via lift). The kitchen, fully equipped to cater to large groups, is a meticulously designed space intended to serve as the heart of the property. A stylish bar, accommodating up to six guests, occupies the space between the kitchen and the dining area, offering an ideal spot to gather with a glass of wine and recount the day’s adventures.

Enhancing the dining area is a cozy central fireplace, nestled between the bar and the dining room, flanked by inviting deep-seated armchairs—a perfect setting for relaxation. A generously sized dining table, seating up to 12 individuals, encourages leisurely, unhurried meals. This space opens onto a spacious terrace, extending the living area outdoors.
