Description
Altitude Lodge, a perennial favorite among returning guests, has undergone a transformation from a traditional hotel with public amenities to an exclusive chalet experience. Now, lucky groups of 18 to 29 guests can revel in the luxury of having this mountainside retreat all to themselves each week.
Situated at an altitude of 1530 meters, Altitude Lodge boasts a prime location directly on the piste in the main Les Gets ski area of Les Chavannes. Its unique positioning offers unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access, with green, red, and blue pistes winding back to the terrace through picturesque woods. Guests can easily ski into Morzine and explore the wider Portes du Soleil area, all while enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding mountains in the evenings.
Spanning four floors, the accommodation is as impressive as the setting. On the ground floor, guests will find two of the nine bedrooms, a sauna, ski room equipped with boot warmers, and access to the outdoor hot tub. The first floor is dedicated to communal spaces, including a spacious dining area, two lounges complete with open fires and flat screen TVs, and access to the expansive terrace overlooking the piste.
The upper floors house the remaining seven bedrooms, each comfortable and en suite, with most featuring balconies or terraces offering breathtaking views. For larger groups or families, five of the bedrooms are equipped with additional bunk beds, available at half the adult price. Rooms 1, 2, and 5 even boast private outdoor hot tubs, adding an extra touch of indulgence to the experience.
