The Kitz Boutique Chalet is a large exclusive vacation chalet in modern alpine style with 7 double rooms on 3 living levels for a total of 14 guests. Luxurious, puristic and very cozy! Timeless modern alpine chic meets pleasantly fragrant 200-year-old old wood walls, precious natural stones, exquisite textiles and a cozy ambience that invites you to linger.

The chalet is ideally located directly opposite the valley station of the Fleckalm cable car.

Natural tones with light color accents, natural stones, fragrant old wood walls, lovingly selected textiles, inviting dining table with extremely comfortable armchairs and exclusive double rooms ensuite with divine box spring beds and design bathrooms with alpine chic are the ingredients for our chalet flair at its best.
In our Alpenrose vacation apartment, you can also enjoy complete well-being and pure relaxation in a completely private atmosphere in your own outdoor sauna with panoramic glazing and your outdoor jacuzzi, each with a view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. Here you can unwind and recharge your batteries!
